We’re thrilled to announce that European Wellness have signed a binding Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with biomedical tech giants Sinopharm Group and NCL Solutions on April 15, setting the stage for an exciting future of collaboration and growth between China and Malaysia!

This joint venture between EW Group, HK VJM Limited (representing Sinopharm Cloud Health Technology (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. and Sinopharm Traditional Chinese Medicine (Foshan) Medicine Co. Ltd.), and NCL Solutions Sdn. Bhd. marks a pivotal moment in international efforts to advance biomedicine and stem the tide of rising chronic illnesses globally. Crucially, we will be providing our expertise and experience in the research, development, formulation, and production of cell therapy solutions. In addition to collaborating on developing and equipping world-class health centers and venturing into co-branded products, over 1,000 SKUs of our proprietary products under EW Group will also be sold and distributed via Sinopharm’s extensive platform and distribution network.

With over 128,000 employees, 1,100 subsidiaries, 6 listed companies, and a full chain in the industry covering an array of departments including R&D, manufacturing, logistics, retail, events, healthcare services, and finances, Sinopharm is one of the largest healthcare groups in China. EW Group Signs with China’s Largest Healthcare, Sinopharm

Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, June 15, 2023 – European Wellness Biomedical Group (EW Group), announced its partnership with HK VJM Ltd (representing Sinopharm Cloud Health Technology (Guandong) Co. and Sinopharm Traditional Chinese Medicine (Foshan) Co.) and NCL Solutions Sdn Bhd on April 15, 2023 at One World Hotel.
